YKZ**6AD rotary oven is dedicated for bread (Toast, French bread, hamburgers) of different varieties, and cake, moon cake, and for roasting of poultry and meat products at the same time. It is an ideal machine for food factories, restaurants, catering businesses and bakery business. 
The unit is powered by electricity, detachable structure. Both exterior and interior are made from stainless steel. Detachable roasting rack rotated on top of bearing facilitates transportation. A powerful air blaster cycles heated air, drastically increases efficiency of heat exchanging, therefore minimizes heating time, which results in energy efficiency in the end. Roasting cart is employed for process, the result is food being roasted is evenly heated; Humidifier and flow regulator are employed at the outlet of hot air just to make sure that food acquires better flavor and temperature. This feature is important for products like egg pie, which usually has critical requirements to the color it is made to in the end.
